or representation for which the authors, any third part or AussieMurals assume legal responsibility. Users of this site
should undertake sufficient verification and testing to determine the suitability for their own particular purpose of any

AussieMurals makes no representation that materials or information contained in this web site are appropriate or available
for use in other locations and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal. Those who choose to access
this web site from other locations outside of Australia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with
applicable local laws. AussieMurals has no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of any Information from third
parties displayed on the AussieMurals website.

Returns

Although every care is taken to check each product for consistency, it is impossible to preclude that faults occur.
In case of a defect, you may choose to receive a replacement of your product or receive a refund of amounts already
paid. In case your design is unavailable, you may select an alternative design for your replacement product.
To be eligible for a replacement product or a refund in case of a defect, the following conditions must be met:

•  The defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.

•  The defect must be reported before installation of the product.

•  The defective product must be returned in original packaging.

•  The defective product must be received by AussieMurals within 30 days.

 

Should you receive an incorrect order, AussieMurals will replace the order with the correct items. In case the ordered products are no longer available, you may choose an alternative design or a refund of amounts already paid.

To be eligible for a replacement product or a refund in case of an incorrect order, the following conditions must be met:

•  The incorrect order must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.

•  The product(s) must be returned in unopened, original packaging.

•  The product(s) must be received by AussieMurals within 30 days.

 

In all cases, return items must be sent to our dispatch address by the best available courier such as DHL Express (air freight) or DHL Global (shipping) — details provided on request.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed:

•  if the mentioned conditions are met,

•  after the product(s) have been received by AussieMurals, and

•  after it has been confirmed that the defect is a production defect/the order was indeed incorrect.

 

Replacement items or refunds will not be offered in any other circumstances than those mentioned. Specifically, deposits on items ordered and then cancelled prior to dispatch will not be refunded.

Loss or damage

AussieMurals only choose recognized Shipping/Air freight companies, such as DHL, and are insured for loss or damage. 

Such incidences must be reported within 7 days of acquiring knowledge of their occurrence.  In case of damage, the
conditions regarding product defects, as mentioned in the previous section, apply.  In case of loss, AussieMurals will ship

replacement items. In case the ordered products are no longer available, you may choose an alternative design or a
refund of amounts already paid. 

Taxes, duties and shipping costs

AussieMurals products are available in many locations around the world; therefore the taxes, custom duties and shipping
costs will depend on the laws of each country. AussieMurals will provide a door-to-door service and custom quote all
courier costs including relevant taxes and/or customs charges that are applicable to your country.

Payments

A deposit of 50% is payable once an order has been placed. Shipping of the products will only take place after payment
of the deposit has been confirmed.  Balance is payable within 14 days of receipt of your goods, unless a claim of defect, damage, loss or incorrect delivery has been made and is later confirmed to be valid by AussieMurals.

AussieMurals prefers that payments are made by our online secure payment through PayPal. Other accepted methods of
payment are American Express, Visa or MasterCard/Discovery-Bankcard. Alternatively, you may request our banking details
for a direct telegraphic transfer.

In case balance payment has not been received within the mentioned period, AussieMurals reserves the right to charge a
daily interest of 8% over the overdue balance. This does not limit AussieMurals’ rights to take other measures to secure payment.  In case an invalid claim of defect, damage, loss or incorrect delivery was made, AussieMurals reserves the
right to charge mentioned interest from the 15^th day after your receipt of the product(s).

Property

AussieMurals shall retain property in any goods supplied until full payment together with any additional charges, taxes,
duties or interest payable has been received. That AussieMurals retains property in the goods shall not affect its rights
as unpaid seller.

Designs and Appearance

AussieMurals will attempt to inform the client when designs are replaced or withdrawn, yet reserves the right to withdraw or replace designs without notice.  Where an order has been placed for a discontinued design, the customer may get a refund
of amounts already paid, or their choice of another design.

The colour and appearance when viewing our products through online media (including but not limited to AussieMurals’ company website) may differ slightly from that of the final print. This is due to variations in screen and printer colours.

These variations, if and when they occur, are not a defect in the printed product and are therefore not grounds for
claiming a refund or replacement of the product.



Limitation of Liability

AussieMurals recognises warranties for print and materials quality, but cannot accept responsibility for installation problems. Instructions are included for correct installation and best results will be obtained using the recommended adhesives and
tools as suggested by AussieMurals. If a customer does not have the correct materials or ability, he is urged to contact
AussieMurals, who can supply a professional paper hanger to install the product at an extra cost.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall AussieMurals or its owners, be liable for any direct
or indirect damages. For items sold, under no circumstance is AussieMurals’ liability more than the actual purchase price
of the merchandise itself.

AussieMurals is not responsible for the content of any hyperlinks or links to third parties on our website.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales.
